      Mambu is very attractive employer offering truly inclusive company culture. Teams are very international as the customers are as well. I am very pleased working for Mambu in Customer Onboarding Team

      Pros

      I personally had a very good work, life balance working for a European company being based in the US. The best part of working at Mambu was I really enjoyed my team and the 4 day work week in the summers. They also offered generous parental leave, which is probably a lot more competitive than what a US company would give their employees.

      Cons

      There was a lot of executive leaderships changes including a change in CEO. Company was not performing well and massive waves of quarterly layoffs across the organization.
