-Bias in giving instructions, not clear and don’t use English when briefing. After you ask then they will brief you in English if not just Mandarin to others -Didn’t get a proper throughout briefing when entering. Tend to not know many rules - Not transparent - Low opportunity to learn as most of the time they don’t talk in a language that everyone can understand
