Pros

None? I worked on a small team and was painfully underpaid. Being laid off was the best thing that ever happened to me.

Cons

Where to start? The leader of the team is very obviously not tech savvy. He called our positions Onboarding Specialists when we were very obviously Business Analysts. Pay was terrible, didn’t get a single raise on this team. Company split into something called AGENIUM and laid off half of its staff. Without a doubt the biggest waste of four years I’ve ever spent with a company. My life improved greatly after being let go, if anyone from here were to ever reach out to me, I’d block them.

Pros

Culture is wonderful and they do care about the family and mental health of their employees. Very flexible on work hours.

Cons

24/7 service requires 24/7 attention if there are any major issues outside of work hours.

Pros

Work from home was about the only plus.

Cons

If you are interested in good management and growth opportunities, stay away. As of the last time I was there, instead of getting the promotion I was promised, my pay was significantly reduced to basically minimum wage. I was lucky to get 20 hours a week. I watched everyone on my team get eliminated until only I was left. Some of the management had been laid off and so were a lot of CSRs because they decided to outsource a lot of their work. This was not a popular decision among the staff who watched their friends be laid off unexpectedly and the customers were very unhappy due to the errors that was added on with this change. It is my personal opinion that this company will close in the near future; I am honestly shocked it's still running. They split the technological part of the company off into its own company and I suspect it's because the teleunderwriting was so unprofitable they didn't want to take down the tech that was the only thing their clients were interested in. I could say so much more about the mismanagement of the team and their employees who were dedicated and worked hard for them, but I'll leave it here. It wouldn't serve anyone now because chances are that management was also eventually laid off. I can only hope the company has improved since I've been there and that they've learned a lesson about treating their employees like people instead of a number.
