      Fast paced environment, great growth potential and sense of responsibility since the first year. Work with the top tier players within the banking sector worldwide. Good company benefits (Health insurance, fitness, groceries, aguinaldo, payed vacation,etc)

      Cons

      Salary is not great and if your performance is not good during the first years, you can be pushed aside a become "just another" consultant.
