The people that work there are great. Managers are all great to work for. Easy to leave work at work really enjoy the coworkers
Cons
The owners can't make decisions and don't trust any of the employees to do their jobs. Top employees never come to work and nothing is done about it. Pay is low and owners don't understand culture
