      Pros

      Manfrotto Distribution has the best CEO I have ever met: Bill Drysdale. He really makes a difference! It was an honor to be able to work under his management. He is the most knowledgeable professional and yet a humble human being, always nice with all the employees. Thanks to Bill the Human Resources Department had Lorena Lupinachi, an outstanding Human Resources Manager. Someone who cared for all employees!

      Cons

      I have no cones to post. The location is excellent, the benefits and the salary are great and Bill has developed a culture that cares. I am glad there are CEOs like Bill Drysdale. Bill is smart, knowledgeable and an amazing manager.

      Pros

      CEO really cares for the employees, for the improvement of the culture and teamwork. He has an open door policy. He is respectful and kind, extremely knowledgeable yet humble! I didn't report to him directly; however, i had the opportunity of interacting with him and I couldn't thank him enough for all his support. He truly cares for actual improvement of the team and of the company. - Location is really convenient. Nice area close to shopping centers - Human resources manager was amazing. She took the time to get to know all the employees and help them out. A truly remarkable person. - Great quality product and design - Summer hours - Good compensation and benefits

      Nothing is perfect; however, the CEO is such an awesome individual, that I really didn't focus on the few drawbacks at my department

      Most people have been let go over the past 10 years, and the jobs given to the Italian staff members.
