      Learned so much, good work environment and company culture. Overall, it was a pleasure working here.

      Cons

      It's been a long time since I left the company but during that time, we had difficulties with store losses. The system of monitoring could use some improvement.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
