      The area managers have zero knowledge or care about what goes on in the shops The cash register was frequently missing money for the 1,5 years I worked there, no one cared.. Low salary, no overtime pay

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
