Pros
- Everyone that I met were really nice and helpful - They pay well for a graduate engineer - If the company makes a good profit, they will also provide great bonuses.
Cons
- The work-life balance is a bit off, and you are expected to work till quite late past the official hours. This is mainly because most of the people start very late, makin g it quite difficult to start at a reasonable even if you try. - The processes, including the engineering one's are so outdated. They have internal frameworks for engineering work which are not mature at all, and have one of the worst documentation. This whole setup makes it so difficult even to get basic requirements done. - On a similar note, given the heavy use of these internal frameworks and tools, you don't really acquire skills that you would want to build your career.
