Pay is slightly above other customer service roles at other companies. In the very beginning they treat you nicely then it swiftly changes.
Cons
They treat you well and give you a much lighter workload if you are Young and attractive or become friends with management. The harder you work,or the older you are the Corporate gifts manager will scream like a banshee and embarass you in front of your colleagues for no good reason.
