Strict uniform policies (discriminate against tattoos, piercings, unnatural colored hair), doesn’t offer pto unless in management, will not hire in at full time, directed to under staff the store to save money, does not take HR complaints seriously, shoves their Christian values down employees throats, nepotism at its finest, does not offer senior or veteran discounts (even on Veterans Day), does not offer holiday pay, only allowed to use 40 hours of sick pay a year (even if you’ve accrued more than that), constantly terminating positions, unlike corporate stores they will not provide a uniform (even though they are able to order Panera shirts for employees), upper management constantly using the wrong pronouns for associates (even after being reminded over and over), terminates employees before their two week notices to avoid allowing them to use their pto or sick pay, does not offer a free meal to associates (only managers and catering leads)
