The residents were delightful and the staff caring.

There were not many for my position. My supervisor was great, and the other management was also good.

Free parking. With all my duties (read my Cons), I am thankful for the nice coworkers who help me get through my shift.

I was hired as a CNA, but I'm also a housekeeper, a cook, a dishwasher, a podiatrist and in-charge of the laundry. Night duty means I also have to clean the bathroom. The sad thing is, I am only being paid as a CNA. If I get to work double shift, there is no over-time pay. I also serve as an Activity Aide sometimes and don't get paid for it. Combative patients can hurt you and there is no compensation for injuries.
