Pros
Great people that share a culture of collaboration and innovation. Being global it is great to access resources from colleagues around the world, sometimes I'm just excited about what can be done
Cons
Sometimes to focused on short term bottom line, you get the impression it is able meeting a quarterly target rather than any long term strategic objective, when this occurs it really feels like your hard work has been for nothing
