Pros
Pay was better than average, good bunch of co-workers until the layoffs, decent cafeteria in the building. This was a good place to work until recently.
Cons
No IT strategy globally, 83 separate fiefdoms protecting themselves from everyone else, they call it a "federation." Jobs are now being outsourced to India, who knows how far this will go.
