Extremely knowledgeable about the industry. Very innovative. Multiple counsels to improve the employee value and appreciation.
Cons
If in the wrong brand, you don't get paid for the initial position PLUS all the extra work. The company as preaches "work/life balance" but some brands within the company, expect you to be on call 24/7. Managers already know who they are going to hire prior to even posting a job.
