They do not value their employees especially their EAs. Low pay for the amount of work they expect Company does not invest in their IT A lot of HR duties fall on the EA's. Org Charts, Onboarding, Offboarding, approving salary increases & decreases. Expectation of working OT without claiming it (until it's said out loud)
