No compassion - Production Operator ManpowerGroup Employee Review

No compassion for staff welfare, 23 month contract so they don't have to pay redundancy, in 23 months you better pray you don't get sick or you get a warning! I got injured from work, medtronic willing to pay me for 3 out of 6 day I was off injured (their compensation i suppose), manpower refused to pay me even after medtronic sent them the money!! Took time off for a funeral that I'd given 5 months notice it could happen, used my own hours I built up, not annual leave and the week I come back got a warning for attendance! No empathy!
