Interesting and challenging work, opportunities for advancement, competitive pay and benefits.
Cons
Most employees are good, decent people, but leadership allows "climbers" to behave extremely negatively toward others - lying, taking credit for others' work, backstabbing, etc. This is very disturbing to employees who are focused on doing a good job and treating others collaboratively and respectfully.
