      Pros

      Friendly work colleagues Even under the pressure imposed by Balfour. Loads of paper work so you spend most of your time in a warm site office.

      Cons

      Oracle R12 system will be their down fall. training only to suit Balfour. They are not competitive any more so not winning work. Moral is very low the future looks very bleak wide spread redundancies. Kept in the site office filling in forms so not keeping an eye on what's going on out on site. I think this will be my last job with them been with them for 6 years.
