Pros

You do get a company car and the wage is avarage.

Cons

You will not get a dinner break, literally ever again. Not kidding if you want food, eat before or after work, I worked there for months and did not get a dinner break even once whilst out on site. You will not finish work at your normal time so for example if you work 9AM to 5PM you can expect to leave site around 7 or 8PM on average. If the CEO does not agree with a hardware suggestion you make to a customer or if there is any issue with the hardware then the CEO will charge you personally for the hardware but you will not get the item, the money just goes back to him, I wish I was joking but I have the wage slip to prove it, I was absolutely gobsmacked when I saw that I had been charged for equipment to pay the CEO back. There was no fault or mitigating circumstance or anything, the CEO just did not agree with what I suggested so charged me personally for the item and I did not get the item either so if you do work here that is fine but put about £500 of your personal money to one side for if the CEO is having a bad day.

Pros

Literally none. An awful environment.

Cons

Working at Mansys was a dismal experience from start to finish. The lack of basic amenities like free tea and coffee was just the tip of the iceberg. The oppressive suit and tie uniform policy felt like something out of a bygone era, stifling any sense of individuality or comfort. The atmosphere in the office was downright depressing, with employees appearing as though they were serving a life sentence rather than pursuing a career. Morale was at an all-time low, with no sense of camaraderie or teamwork to be found. Management seemed completely out of touch with the needs and well-being of their employees, focusing solely on outdated rules and regulations rather than fostering a positive work environment. It's no wonder turnover rates were sky-high, as anyone with an ounce of self-respect would run for the hills rather than endure another day in such a soul-crushing environment. In short, working at Mansys was a lesson in misery and disillusionment. Unless you enjoy being treated like a corporate drone and having your spirit crushed on a daily basis, I'd steer clear of this place at all costs.
