Pros

Location: Situated in the heart of the city, even though this also has some cons like parking issues. Good CTO. Product: Manthan has some good products, nothing extraordinary though.

Cons

Looks like people are not a priority. Lay-offs are frequent. It looks like a shop run by a family. Most of the management is clueless about how to handle people and their business. ( The CTO is an exception). It would be ok a fresher to start his career if he/she has no where else to go. For experienced people, it will be disaster. They might pay you well to rope you in, but from then on you never know when the pink slip will come your way. While every business suffers from poor planning from one way or the other, Manthan leads as an example. They will hire with no justification and then fire. The facilities like office infrastructure is really bad. Lack of an appropriate number of wardrooms. Parking is not available.

Pros

Operating in many ways like a start-up with lots of enthusiasm and energy, and a constant "can-do" attitude across the board. Fun and dynamic to be around for those who appreciate a global environment/setting/culture that is accepting of American drive and competitiveness and worldly/global recognition and acceptance of clients' and partners' positive attributes...How can we work better together?

Cons

Typical small-company pains, some of the host country laws and layers of bureaucracy slow operations down at times from an organizational standpoint. Lots of people wearing lots of hats, so, adherence to strategic plans can be a challenge...but the plans are there.
