not good - Applications Developer Mapps IT Services Employee Review

I have been offered for the position of HR manager and the talk was, once the situation stabilized, I have to relocate to Kolkata. In the meantime, on the 12th of June, I have put forward a request to allow to work remotely for 1 year with the option that I will travel to kolkata every 3 months. In this request on the advice of the COO, my offer is revoked without talking to me. Who does that ?? If a candidate asks for an option .. you revoke the offer?? This is a company that was following up with me for joining . I am sharing my experience so that you know this is not the company to work. They have no ethics and no candidate relationship. Please think before joining such company.

Horrible experience. Never join such comoany.

Product based company and have good chance to grow. Nice work environment. Drop facilities who leaves late night (through reimbursement). Very flat structure. Company provides dinners. Offers good package to deserve candidates. Flexible timing. Work from home (occasionally).

Till date there is no HR policy. Don't expect good salary hike. CEO interferes every decision whether it is technical, management or admin. Hire & fire but rare.
