      Overworked Always stressed out Terrible rude manager No direction- had to figure things out on my own No structure compared to other companies They are still run like a start up even though they been in business for 16 years One team where’s many hats Salary was terrible Outdated systems - Tech packs are not created on illustrator

      Pros

      Mara Hoffman is a small team but they work hard to cultivate a positive work environment and culture. Benefits including PTO, holidays, healthcare and clothing allowance was very generous. I had wonderful managers during my time who helped me grow professionally.

      Cons

      Small team with limited growth potential. You take on additional responsibilities that you wouldn't in a more corporate setting.
