Management is out of touch and out of control. Very petty abuses of power go uncorrected.
It’s not about good patient care; that is not recognized. It’s about what the patient’s employer wants, to make them happy, and secure contract renewals for the company’s revenue.
Basic needs of staff and health centers are ignored. Staffing is abysmal. Lack of regard for the people keeping the company running makes the “ambassadors first” initiative seem fake.
Questions, suggestions or requests are met with hostility and retaliation, even though we’re constantly told to speak up.
