Pros
Its a small company with a family feel, everyone is friendly and supportive and there is always someone willing to help and advise you, even people from other departments and the boss himself have no problem helping you out and getting you on your feet. They are very flexible and helped out anytime I had to leave early or change days. It was a fun and supportive place to work, I enjoyed my time there.
Cons
Parking can be a bit of a pain if the carparks are full, but it's normally fine.
