Pros

- Great team members within store who work together the best they can - Frequent employee sales - Cool and creative product assortment

Cons

- Pay is not competitive and the corporate team will not ever budge on pay, which results in very high turnover throughout the company. The executive team will also sabotage your chances of advancement or seeking jobs with higher pay. - Although the corporate team knows there is very high turnover, they avoid the issue altogether. There is no overtime allowed, even with every store being short staffed. Instead, they would rather just keep these stores closed for several days of business in the week and deny your PTO so you are stuck in the store. There is no work life balance. - The corporate teams favorite way to address serious concerns is to gaslight, ignore, or just blame the person who is addressing the concern so there is never any progress, things just get worse. - There are a lot of labor law and workplace safety violations, but the executive team could care less and would rather turn a blind eye. Most employees have to work off the clock to just make the business operable, but when these issues are addressed to the corporate team, they ignore the issue altogether.

Pros

Nice people there. They want you to be able to learn quick. Occasional discounts on their stuff if you worked their long enough. Everyone is in like one or two buildings near each other Decent bathroom Soho location

Cons

Workday for regular employees are 9-6 and 3 days a week in office (you choose what days), but as a contracted/Temp role requirements were to go in 5 days a week 9-5 Old systems (think they were going to move to SAP, better than what they had but still not the most modern software mind you) They sorta expect you to learn the accounting process for things from watching videos that are semi outdated and tell you to just watch the videos to learn even when that might not be the best method for you
