Good entry level job because you learn a lot about business and retail International - regular meetings with the international team who tend to have a more open and human approach + share company knowledge on a regular basis A lot of variety in the job: press contact - merchandising - meetings - design - client contact - forecasting - budgeting Multi lingual: locally mostly Dutch & a small part in French - internationally: French & English

No raises locally or internationally - the reason why most 30 somethings leave the company No opportunities for growth but it is expected to take on more responsibilities Very hierarchical - everything needs approval from the group first = slow process No training for employees No performance review process (probably to keep employees at the same salary level or not having to bring up salary at all)

Company in full transition, exciting to be part of this momentum. New, dynamic international management Demanding but fair management.

Many changes, not easy for everyone to adept.
