Pros
Salary and increment. That's it. Since I have to write 20 words minimum I would again say only pros is salary.
Cons
No work life balance. The profile one is given is irrespective of experience one has. Slow decision making. No one in the chain takes risk of giving solution. Unstructured way if working. Definitely nt a employee friendly organization.
