ok benefits, job security and college classes are free for employee and his/her family

pay range is less that national average . your position has no limits and you are asked to work beyond your job description without extra compensation. whoever leave in your department , you're supposed to cover for their work. they use the 10-20% other duties assigned in the job description as justification to cover everyone's duties when they leave and their position stays vacant
