      MCF supports wonderful organizations providing vital services in Marin. Getting into the field and seeing the positive changes in the community firsthand was a great part of working here. Beautiful, unique office setting. Great benefits.

      Too many meetings. Meetings about having meetings. Can sometimes feel a bit bureaucratic.

      The benefits are unmatched and the culture is focused on growth and driving positive social change

      There isn't a strong community amongst coworkers, but its something the organization is working on. Everyone is really nice, but not super close.
