- Plenty of long-term growth opportunities. Started as a boat washer during a summer job, now going on twenty years with the company (with several other "old timers"). - Leadership is forward thinking. While the industry suffered hard during 2008-2011 - we thrived and have grown at an exponential rate since. - Consistently ranked as one of the Top 20 boat dealerships in the nation
Cons
- Competitive and fast-paced environment is not for everyone - Tuesday-Saturday schedule is not for everyone (but many enjoy the Sunday-Monday weekends over a traditional one)
