Colleagues in the labs are nice and try to help you. A good place to do a master thesis and acquiring practical knowledge.
Cons
The company is basically the same years after year, so no innovation at all. No communication between position levels and labs, basically a kind of "kingdom" where leaders are acting always in a bossy way. No contract, only grants without any extras such as maternity or disease period payed
