Horrible experience - Anonymous employee Maritim Hotels Employee Review

Quote from the GM ''if you don't agree let me know so i can help you change your mind''... The level of micro management is overwhelming... It's a disorganized mess, the hotel is not yet open but there's around 200 staff members. Everyone has to come every day to the office whether you have something to do or not. the office is too small for everyone and the ventilation is not working properly. Not an healthy environment.
