-Friends I've made here are friends for life -Unlimited PTO is incredible -Can't complain about the perks we got while we were allowed in office

Cons

-401K matching nonexistent -Exec level leadership is lacking, middle management has worked there forever -Justice/Industry changes not really coming from our product

Pros

Targeted Outreach: The recruiting team (specifically Jon) does an incredible job of identifying talent. I was discovered via LinkedIn, and I was impressed by their ability to see how my unique background and previous skills would be an asset to Mark43. ​Communication: Best-in-class communication. I was kept updated at every single stage of the process, so I never felt left in the dark. ​Human-Centric Approach: The process felt personalized rather than automated. It’s clear they value the person behind the resume and have great foresight regarding how different skill sets can contribute to the company's mission. ​Efficiency: From the initial reach-out to the offer letter, the timeline was clear, organized, and professional.

-Great Benefits -Team members -Remote environment

Cons

Senior leadership is toxic and opportunistic. They micro-manage, silo, and manipulate lower direct reports. No clear career growth strategy for individuals. Lots of org changes and management shifts. Internal culture is super toxic, political, and outdated.
