We were taken over by markerstudy and at the time I thought maybe its a good thing. How wrong was i! Now im out and working for a different company which is amazing, I genuinely cannot believe how long I lasted at markerstudy.
Managers have no clue on what they are doing. No idea how to use the systems at all nor basic insurance knowledge, if you are struggling with something dont bother asking your manager they dont know either.
They lay off so much staff and so many people leave due to being so unhappy to the point there is hardly any people in one team which then creates a mountain of work and unachievable goals.
They take all bonus' away from workers but higher managers keep there's.
If you get a high score on your end of year review you can have a pay raise but then they take it away from you because theres to many people also got a high score.
So many people complain at the meetings yet nothing gets done about it. You would think a company would want their employees to be happy which then boosts morale and creates better work but they just dont seem to care then wonder why they have a bad reputation in the industry.
