9yAs a company, we've made a decision to value results over process to ensure that all team members have the same level of accountability regardless of what department they are in. This was a significant but necessary shift to ensure continued growth of our organization. As a result, we had to part ways with some good people who were probably better suited to an environment where process is valued above production or results. Having said that, team members who are solution oriented and thrive in a fast paced, growing environment will find our company a rewarding place to call home.
There is ample room for growth in the company and the main factor in determining promotions and recognition is production or results in the area that they work. All team members have clearly defined performance metrics that need to be achieved, not just sales. We are a company of over 170 people. Of the 5 Vice Presidents in the company, none are Martinez family members. Only 1 of the 4 directors in the company is a Martinez family member. Of all of 10+ managers in the company, only 1 is related to the Martinez family. Here at MTI we value innovation and independence in our team members and those who take action are among the most celebrated in our company.
