The absolute worst people you will ever work with. They lure you in saying you will have all this autonomy and they act like a startup, but that is not true at all. They are an okay company that has never been able to scale properly, and they never will with the people in place who have been there for ages. The place is a revolving door, which is why it is still so small for how long it has been around. Everyone is fearful of upper management and everyone is very micromanaged, to the point people turn on each other. Their HR team is apathetic and just outright mean, and have no clue what they are doing. Don’t take the bait of the good comp and benefits, the only real perk.
