      Pros

      Flexible hours, work few days a week. Management isn't around all the time (unless you're not selling well).

      Cons

      No way to move up. No benefits. Can't pick which walmart's to work inside. Dealing with WM management (there is always a "crazy"). No gas mileage for far stores. Commission has been cut numerous times.

      A fun career with leading others to success. Weekly Pay Good Start to Management Career

      Cons

      Lower on the Pay Scale Does require you to stand at all productive hours. Store staff, may try to micro manage you at times beyond your scope of work.
