Fully remote, friendly co-workers, half-day Fridays, approachable managers and CEO whos involved
Cons
No growth opportunities. You can get very bored easily within your role. They did a mass lay off that I was apart of and I find it hilarious that they are now hiring for the same role they laid over 15+ people from. This company is already small, so doing a lay off in general is a bit much. Also, the severance could have been better, but I digress.
Benefits could be better, and vacation could be better as well. There's also limited diversity within the company, that's something they could improve on moving forward.
Lastly, good luck on getting a salary increase.. you'll beg until there's no energy left inside of you, and if they do give you something, it'll be chump change. This was something that I discussed in my interview and I thought it would have been open for discussion. Ya right.....
