Everybody is passionate about their job and very skilled to go with it. Great work life balance. Exciting projects to be involved with. Part of a bigger group which provides lots of support and opportunities. National and international travel.

As a not-for-profit, salaries are slightly below average but not by much and that was improving when I last worked there.

Great team doing brilliant work.

Lower pay and conditions in comparison with private sector.
