It’s a place with passion and energy. Content is king. The staff cares — both at the ground and top levels.

Resources aren’t quite there. Excerbates high turn over which means nobody can quite catch their breath from recruiting and onboarding.

-Awesome, motivated staff who are determined to make incredible, engaging content -Even as an intern, there are sick days and some health insurance benefits -Encouraging environment

-Not much upward mobility as an intern (which is the case with much of public radio, unfortunately) -Low wages
