      Pros

      A few nice co-workers who can share your pains with. Basic salary quite good.

      Cons

      Everything apart from a few nice normal employees. Do not expect to bring any creativity or ideas to your manager - they will not listen. Sell 'the dream' when they hire you which turns out to be all lies. Hired so many people so quickly - made nearly all redundant less than a year later. Sales targets unrealistically high. Toxic working environment where your manager just doesn't care. Do not trust any of the positive reviews!!!

      The company has a fast paced environment with a very collaborative team. It is a results driven culture supported by knowledgeable and understanding leadership across the company. Flexibility around working from home. Strong opportunities for those who are willing to work hard.
