Pros
Open communication between coworkers. Support from immediate line managers. Clear transparency of business operations. All Management levels care about their employees. Collaboration between departments is near perfect. Company social gatherings are fun. Benefits package is robust. Competitive salary in the data/collocation industry.
Cons
There's still work to do between departments to meet or exceed expectations as a team but change is definitely happening and this is a good sign. Cons are not necessarily a bad thing, it gives the opportunity to improve.
