Pros
- The people at HQ are very welcoming and approachable
- I learned a LOT- I was completely new to the industry but my team was super patient and helpful, and they paid me to take online courses during work hours. My manager and team were especially great.
- I was not micro-managed and was trusted with important tasks
- Their internship program had less than 5 interns, so I could stand out and also get to know the other interns- CEO attended my final presentation
- Good work-life balance with hybrid schedule
- Free lunch on Mondays and nice office with a gym
Cons
- They said that I could return for an internship again the next summer, but then ended up cancelling their intern program. Understandable reasons but the communication could have been better.
- To be expected as an intern, but sometimes I was bored with not enough to do
- Hybrid schedule so sometimes there weren't many people in the office
