No focus on client and employee satisfaction - Technical Lead Marlabs Employee Review

1) All the above said pros are till COVID. Post COVID all changed 2) No employee friendly policies 3) Full group politics 4) No focus on business, seems company open for sale 5) Two leadership teams, no cooperation between both. Each group want to bring their former employees to Marlabs by paying higher salaries. But not getting the talented resource. 6) HR team is not an indipendent team they only work under leadership team not work with them.
