Pros
Discounts on product. Benefits - however, they suck.
Cons
Work environment is bleak and dysfunctional to say the least. No room for growth. No motivation. Management does not value their employees, which is apparent in salary as well as day to day interactions. They make all of their employees feel as though they "should be lucky to work there" or "they are doing you a favor by giving you this job". VP's display unbelievably unprofessional behavior on a daily basis. Micromanaging runs strong throughout the company and must be a required skill to be in upper management. Most of them have been "grandfathered in" and are complacent in their roles, resting on their laurels. Their are a lot of "No" people there. For a company that boasts innovation and technology, they are very closed minded and scared of anything new. If you have an idea, save your breath because it falls on deaf ears or even worse, you are made to feel stupid for even having and sharing a thought. Unfortunately they are sacrificing the brand to make a quick buck; selling out to off price and discount retailers. Sad to see the brand go down this route.
