Pros
They provide lunch. But the quality of food is worse.
Cons
The company has a lot of office politics and a toxic work culture. Managers closely watch employees' punch-in and punch-out times, and there is very little flexibility in working hours. There are not many senior employees with strong technical knowledge, so learning and growth opportunities are limited. Management often struggles with project planning and execution. Since the company is largely run by a family, favoritism can be seen in many areas. Job security is very poor. Employees can be asked to leave with very little notice. Work-life balance is also a major issue, as employees may be expected to join meetings late at night, sometimes even around midnight. Overall, this is not a good place for people looking for job stability, professional growth, or a healthy work-life balance.
