Pay Compensation is one of the best in Chicago Benefits are unmatched that I have seen.

Cons

I don't have any Cons at the moment. Not to say it doesn't have anything, but they all seem petty to me, like parking, travel, just pettiness.

Great culture Lots of hotels to use your discount Lots of room for growth Free rooms for life with 25 years of service

Cons

Does not pay as well They require you to leave and come back to get a big pay bump but then you lose your years of service
