      -great hotel discounts, 401k, health insurance -10.90 hrly -great work environment -friendly staff -flexible -opportunity to advance -paid time off

      Cons

      -never scheduled you one minute over time (purposely) -you must work holidays -the pay was too little for an average person to live on -training was minimal, just threw me out there -schedule to close and then to open ( not set schedule)

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
