      Pros

      It's nice atmosphere, great people to work with, it is very easy to move up after being there for six months or longer. Great management, especially in the restaurants(there are three).

      Cons

      It is like high school sometimes, with the amount of drama that goes on but that goes with most businesses.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
